But many of you are fans of it, so...

From the small amount of soccer knowledge I have, I can tell that the US is screwed, so is Australia and so is Mexico.

Soccer is like the Twilight series, everyone is just running around for an hour and a half and no one scores. Though millions of people will tell you its good.

I am a rare breed- an American who actually enjoys soccer for the beauty of the game.

That being said, Group G is going to be a bloody deathmatch where the Germans pull through and win the entire World Cup

Mexico screwed? Nah, if they get their crap together they should easily get out of the group. Brazil is the only real threat, I like their chances over Croatia and Cameroon.

I'm the rare oddball that doesn't really care for televised sports, but I'd guess my countrymen aren't happy. Spain is a horrible draw, and I bet Chile is good as well. And Australia... well at least Spain and Chile will be hard.

US is going to get butchered though. I'm surprised they even made it into the top 32. I though thought they played that weird armored sumo hurdling in stead of football in the US?
